Notice for CUA Web Banker users

Friday, 5 March 2010 - We are aware that CUA members who use AVG Anti-Virus, AVG Internet Security or AVG LinkScanner software to protect their PCs, may currently be experiencing difficulty accessing CUA's Web Banker web site.

AVG has worked with CUA to rectify the problem, which is being caused by another third party provider.

The problem has been resolved with a recent AVG update - Virus DB: 271.1.1/2722. To ensure you have this update, simply click on the "Update Now" in the AVG user interface and let the update run. Repeat this step until AVG reports that no new updates are available.

If after doing this you are still experiencing problems accessing CUA's Web Banker, please contact AVG Customer Support on 1300 855 005 (8am-6pm Melbourne time) to seek guidance on how best to resolve the problem.
